Everything about how BlockPad works — from deploying a token to getting paid as a top player.
Overview
BlockPad is a launchpad where every token deployed on pump.fun gets its own online voxel arena. Players compete in Minecraft-style minigames, and every 30 minutes the round closes: the fees collected go to buy back the token, and the bought supply is sent to the top 10 players.
Deploy → Play → Climb the leaderboard → Buyback → Top 10 paid → New round
1. Deploy a token
Go to Launch and connect Phantom or Solflare.
- Token & game data — name, symbol, description, optional X/Twitter and Telegram links, and the priority game ★ shown as the token's featured game.
- Image — upload the token logo (max 4MB). Image and metadata are published to IPFS.
- Pay & deploy — you sign one 0.03 SOL launch payment to the BlockPad treasury. We then launch the token on pump.fun from the treasury wallet, so its creator fees fund the buybacks. If the launch fails, press Deploy again: you are never charged twice.
The token's website is set automatically to its arena page on BlockPad. An arena appears on the site only after the transaction is confirmed on-chain — nothing fake or unconfirmed is listed.
2. Arenas
Every confirmed token has an arena. The Arenas page lists them with live player counts and status:
- Empty — nobody inside. Waiting — need 2+ players to start.
- Starting — enough players, match about to begin. In progress — you can join the queue.
- Full — 16/16 people inside, Play is disabled until a slot frees up.
3. 30-minute rounds
Time is split into rounds of 30 minutes. During a round every arena keeps playing matches non-stop; all points earned in that round add up on the leaderboard. Inside each arena you see the round countdown, the fee pool and the round's top 10.
When the timer hits zero, the round's fees are used for the buyback and payout (see section 7), and a fresh round starts with a clean leaderboard.
4. Minigames (20)
Nobody chooses the game: each match picks a random minigame, never the same twice in a row. Two families:
- Survival — last one standing wins (TNT, Spleef, Block Party, anvils, shrinking border, collapsing floors).
- Collect — timed matches where whoever collects the most items wins (gold, diamonds, emeralds, iron).
TNT Run
Blocks vanish under your feet across 3 layers. Last one standing wins.
Block Party
A color is called — reach a tile of that color before the rest of the floor drops.
Anvil Rain
Anvils fall from the sky and smash the floor. Watch the shadows and dodge.
Gold Rush
75 seconds to grab as many gold blocks as you can. Most gold wins.
Spleef
One snowy floor that breaks twice as fast. Keep moving or drop.
Disco Party
Block Party on fast-forward: colors change faster every beat.
Meteor Storm
Double the anvils, double the chaos. Survive the sky falling.
Diamond Dash
45-second sprint: diamonds spawn fast, grab the most.
Border Shrink
The world border closes in. Fight for the last block in the middle.
Sinkhole
Random blocks collapse faster and faster. Last one standing wins.
Hardcore TNT
TNT Run with a short fuse: blocks blow twice as fast.
Redstone Run
Two layers of redstone-charged TNT. Find the gaps, drop smart.
Speed Spleef
The floor breaks almost instantly. Never stop running.
Rainbow Rush
Block Party at max speed — colors flash by in a blink.
Anvil Apocalypse
The sky is made of anvils. Only the quickest survive.
Emerald Hunt
60 seconds to collect the most emeralds across the map.
Iron Sprint
30-second dash: iron ingots everywhere, grab them all.
Border Blitz
The world border closes at double speed. Rush the center.
Cave-In
The mine collapses under you. Blocks vanish by the dozen.
Ender Void
The void eats the island piece by piece. Don't fall in.
Controls: WASD / arrows to move, Space to jump, Shift to sprint (uses stamina). On mobile use the on-screen pad.
5. Matches & queue
- A match starts automatically when 2+ players are in the arena, after a short countdown.
- Up to 8 players per match, up to 16 people per arena.
- Fair queue: if more people are waiting, whoever sat out the most matches plays first, then whoever joined earliest.
- If you're eliminated you spectate the remaining players until the match ends.
- A new match starts automatically a few seconds after the previous one ends.
- Practice vs bots is always available while you wait — it doesn't count for the leaderboard.
6. Scoring
- 1st place: 100 pts · 2nd: 60 · 3rd: 30
- Survival modes: +1 pt per second survived.
- Collect modes: +2 pts per item collected, placement by most items.
- Only online matches with 2+ players count. Points are summed per player (wallet if connected) across all matches of the round.
See the live ranking on the Leaderboard.
7. Fees, buyback & payouts
Trading fees collected during a round go to the treasury wallet. At the end of the round 100% of the pool is used to buy back the arena's token, and the bought supply is split among the top 10:

How it runs: when a round ends the treasury claims the pump.fun creator fees. pump.fun pays them as one combined amount for all our tokens, so the pool is split across tokens by how many wallet-scored matches each arena played that round. Each token keeps 0.025 SOL for network costs; the rest buys back that token and the bought supply is sent to its top 10 wallets. Only players with a connected wallet can win prizes.
8. Wallet & safety
- BlockPad only connects to your wallet and asks you to sign the deploy transaction. It never sees or asks for your private key or seed phrase.
- Always check the transaction in your wallet before signing.
- Connect your wallet before playing so your points are tied to your address.
FAQ
Can I choose which game to play? No — every match is a random minigame.
Do I need a wallet to play? No, you can play as a guest, but you need a wallet to be identified for payouts.
Why isn't my token listed? Arenas appear only after the deploy is confirmed on-chain.
